she did a GO back in when TRF3 dropped and we STILL haven't received our albums. It's been almost a YEAR

SHE DOESN'T ANSWER EMAILS, CCS OR ANYTHING. WE WANT A SOLUTION. WE WANT ANSWERS.

context: in the last emails she said we had 2 options: to pay more money if we wanted to receive our albums or keep the albums to herself until everything gets better bcs of covid restrictions, but never gave us the chance to cancel our orders despite being in a pandemic... and +

shipped out and still no answer to the emails, here is the proof of my inbox and, as you can see, everything is "notices" and not emails directed to me personally. +

we can't reach out to her through dms because twitter doesn't allow it but......... is it that difficult to update reveluvs about what's going on with the albums? a lot of people bought them through her and we've been more than patient for almost a year :/

also if some of you don't want to believe this or think that admins are exaggerating it's completely fine, but we paid to get our albums and, even tho we understand things are complicated rn, we deserve some respect because it's our own money and trust that we've put in this GO

and btw if anyone wants to talk to us, our mentions/dms are open, we just want this to reach out to her so we can get an update
