Decent sized crowd out in front of Walter Reed just after 7pm — Trump drove by earlier to wave at his supporters

A group of people driving by stop and give the middle finger/yell at the crowd. Pro-Trump crowd responds by cheering & waving flags — one says “we love you” while another calls them “losers”

Earlier, I was told that people from all over the country have been sending food to the crowd outside of Walter Reed for the past few days — lots of pizza

People have dropped off flowers, balloons, candles etc at the entrance to Walter Reed...some are signing posters with “get well” messages for @realDonaldTrump

MORE pizza — this time a delivery from @dominos. Delivery man wasn’t sure where the order came from.

A truck filled with Trump supporters stops and cheers alongside the crowd. Police officers come out shortly after to keep the traffic moving

An officer says he’s repeatedly told this Trump supporter not to stand in the street and warns that he’ll be removed if they see him wandering out there again

Biden and Trump supporters are both out in front of Walter Reed. The younger Biden supporters don’t want to talk, but one older woman agrees to have a discussion with the opposing side.

Another Biden supporter repeatedly shouts “Nazi” at a Trump supporter.

“Wah, Wah leader’s gonna die,” one woman repeatedly says. Someone asks if she’s celebrating Trump’s death (he isn’t dead obviously*) and she says she is

Trump supporter starts trading insults with the protester.

“She’s not smart, you have to be an idiot to be a liberal,” he said as she continued to chant.

The older woman and a Trump supporter continue their discussion. The woman brings up Trump’s Charlottesville comment and the Trump supporter begins to show her the full video — woman walks away, says he keeps interrupting her.

This woman is now claiming that the man with the red Trump flag assaulted her (and then adds in some other people). She goes to the police and demands they arrest him, but won’t give the officer her name.

More police officers have arrived. The woman continues yelling as an officer tries to get her story — she now says her brother was punched in the face. The officer asks where her brother is and she says he’s not here.

“It doesn’t matter, I was assaulted!”
she says.

The woman continues to yell about the alleged assault. She complains that the officers aren’t doing anything and gets their names

“You don’t protect me!” the woman says. The officers eventually seem to give up and tell her and her male friend to “have a safe night.”

Some new people cross the street and give the protesters some pizzas. They declined and later put them by a trash area.

The NBC News crew just wants people to stay out of their filming zone. One tells the protester that “you gotta have respect for each other” and adds that “everybody was wrong.”

The woman moves to stand in front of their camera for a bit as some Trump supporters make fun of her.
