Full disclosure: The transfem character in con air is never clarified as a trans woman, but she's not exactly played as a drag queen. Once freed (she's one of the antagonists) the first thing she does is procure a dress to wear, and this isn't played for laughs.

Cage confronts her in the confused way he'd confront a woman - in a movie made of over the top action and explosions, he's only able to bring himself to slap her, and the fight is over.
