After the election,
Fun things you can do
To help all
Progressive/Left
Third Parties

[a thread]
2/
Stop supporting oligarchs who have undue influence over politics:

1) Don’t click on ads on Google Search and Facebook
2) #BoycottAmazonThisChristmas
3) Use a non-profit browser like Firefox
3/
Send thank you cards to politicians for *publicly* supporting Progressive policies like Medicare for All.

Don’t wait until the bill comes up for a vote to express your support—influence their decision while the bill is still in committee!
4/
Join multiple Progressive and Left parties: DSA, Green Party, People’s Party and others

It will take multiple efforts for at least one candidate to survive the DNC’s efforts to kick third parties off the polls in ‘22 and ‘24.
5/
Donate regularly to causes, candidates and groups that actively support and fight for Progressive policies like Medicare for All.
6/
In the next six months, watch a training video on how to canvass for candidates—there are plenty on YouTube videos from the duopoly that are worth watching.

***Some of the early voter outreach is simply finding out who’s a likely voter for later outreach efforts.
7/
•Continue sharing useful third party content online.

•Debate without engaging in ad hominem attacks—you convert more voters when you avoid this.
