★ :: if you’re going to do any of the workouts or diets pls pls pls take caution and listen to your body 🤍

★ :: the times besides each workout are not 100% accurate but are there as a rough guide
★ :: the workouts should be done at least twice a day unless stated otherwise or u can’t do anymore (i recommend in the morning and evening)

★ :: to be clear , “workout1 + workout2 x2” = do workout1 and 2 twice each day meaning four workouts a day
★ :: you can chose to do only the workout or only the diet or mix and match them !
★ :: lastly, i tried rly hard with this thread and i tried to make it fun :) so enjoy yourself !!
★ SASHA ::
- sasha is always on the go so she prefers smoothies and energy drinks most of the time ! however, if you can’t have a smoothie bowl then a normal smoothie will do !!
- sasha loves to perform and dance so this workout schedule is mainly dance based and also focuses on slimming down your waist

★ JADE ::
- jade loves fashion but also rly loves sushi so if you like sushi or haven’t tried it before - try some during this diet ! or seafood that works too :)
- jade likes to keep active and loves to try new sports to get her adrenaline rushing, so this workout schedule focuses on hiit and cardio which is great for losing weight

★ YASMIN ::
- to me, yasmin seems like she’d be a vegetarian or vegan so a fruit or veg omad seemed appropriate.
- yasmin also is rly into nature and loves animals, poetry and music so if you can go trail running !! (or regular running)
- like mentioned before, yasmin is very into nature and calming activities so for this schedule i recommend doing pilates ! and meditation in the mornings
- help her arms look rly good in that photo yes ik that’s a doll so this workout’s focus is also on slimming down your arms
