After sitting on this for a few days, and knowing how popular shopping for Haikyuu merchandise is about to become, I feel it's only right to warn people against using this website based on my experience

Back in May, I pre-ordered some Haikyuu items slated to be released/available in August. August came and went, September came and went. So I sent them an e-mail enquiring about an estimate as to when they would be shipped, as the website had taken away the pre-order banners 1/7
implying there were now in hand. I received no reply. I sent them another e-mail, slightly more strongly worded, stating I was unhappy. I again, received no reply. Fed up, I opened a PayPal dispute, sent them a message through there and e-mailed a third time. Still no reply. 2/7
While I understand the pandemic can affect events, item pick-up and shipping - if you are going to ask for money up front, BEFORE an item is in hand, good client communication is the bare minimum expected. If there's a delay, customers should be told. 3/7
E-mails should be responded to PROMPTLY. It should not take days to receive a reply. As I currently stand, AitaiKuji have £55 of my money, have had it for almost 5 months, and I have no items to show for it and no idea when or IF they will be shipped to me. 4/7
I don't know because they don't answer e-mails, even when a PayPal dispute has been opened. When you take a customer's money up front, you are asking them to trust you will not steal it. At this point, due to the fact they ignore every e-mail, I do not trust them at all. 5/7
The PayPal dispute will be escalated to a claim next week if I continue to not hear anything. You cannot take money and not communicate with clients when they enquire if they will receive the items they have paid for. Considering how they have many event items listed on site 6/7
I strongly urge people NOT to use them. They seem to take more orders than they can reasonably fill, and the lack of communication for such a long delay is atrocious. I will be fighting for a refund, as at this point they seem to be treating my money as an interest free bank loan
