If you’re in an unsafe home environment I promise this is temporary and you will have a beautiful life for yourself
I am so sorry people disrespected your culture. Your culture is absolutely beautiful & deserves to be appreciated, not appropriated.
You did not deserve any micro-aggressive comments, racist comments, etc by ex lovers or ex friends or strangers, & I hope you are healing every single day from those things & those people
Your skin is BEAUTIFUL and ETHEREAL and you glow under the golden sun, please never forget that
You deserve to have the space to speak your truth and don’t let anyone try to minimize your experience in the LGBTQ+ community or experiences in general or simmer your personality down for other’s comfort
I’m so fucking proud of you for being here. Maybe you thought you wouldn’t make it to this age but fuck, look at you! Here is your crown! 👑 pick it up and WEAR IT! STAY CONFIDENT! Continue to grow and follow your dreams!
To Indigenous people: I love your hair so much ❤️ flaunt it!!
To people with afros/kinky hair/curly hair: I love your hair so much ❤️ flaunt it!!
YOU DESERVE PROPER REPRESENTATION AND YOU ARE NOT A BAD PERSON FOR ASKING FOR IT!
Don’t forget to take care of yourself. Whatever that means to you. I’m not gonna tell you what self care to do because YOU KNOW WHAT’S BEST. I trust you to make healthy choices yes? ✨ good. I’m proud of you.
Your frustration about the lack of inclusivity is valid, I completely understand & feel the same way ❤️
I understand your frustration over your culture not being represented accurately in the media, we won’t be giving them our coins and that’s on period
To dark skinned Black people: you deserve so much adoration & appreciation & I am so sorry that our society has been so ugly towards you. I love you so much and we’re fighting for y’all 100% we workin on it! You are ETHEREAL and deserve to be cherished
If you’re learning a language right now whether it’s for fun or for a reason keep it up and you’re doing so great 🥺❤️
if you feel bad for not speaking a language & feel less of half of you, it’s okay!! You don’t have to know it to be your race/ethnicity you are still that
If you are in an interracial relationship and somebody is invalidating your relationship &/or being racist, fuck that person. You are being loved properly and beautifully & your relationship is cute and I am manifesting for y’all to end up together ❤️
I am sorry if a space in the queer community has made you feel like you don’t belong in there. You didn’t deserve that. You deserve to exist & feel welcomed.
If you are scared to stand up for yourself in the workplace against any mistreatment, it’s okay to be scared & even be scared to lose your job for saying something. you are a valid addition to the business & deserve to be treated w/ respect
If you practice any spiritual practice, you are valid!! And I am sorry for any White person who has colonized your beliefs & practices & appropriated them or disrespected that. Whether it’s closed or semi closed or a part of your religion it deserves to be respected.
To Indigenous people: I am so sorry that you have to keep dealing with ignorant people over the meaning of Two Spirit, your frustration is heard and valid & google really is fuckin free!!
You don’t deserve having to keep getting drained & putting in the emotional labor to explain yourself to White people who could easily put in the work to educate themselves
You deserve to be vocal about your feelings & struggles without people jumping in trying to gaslight you
Fuck the people who told you how to react to racism &/or micro-aggressions
To all Asian communities: you are not a fetish or an object and I am so sorry that gross ass people disrespected you or made you feel uncomfortable please know you are worthy of the world and are beautiful humans inside & out
Your mixed feelings about going to pride are valid (not that pride is happening but)
You wanting your own exclusive space in the community in order to uplift that community is not a bad thing; you’re not “dividing the community” everybody always thinks everything has to be for them. If you want a Black trans space for example, there’s nothing wrong with that
There’s also nothing wrong with surrounding yourself with people who are like you! If you’re Black and feel most comfortable being around other Black gays there’s nothing wrong with that, it’s how you grew up & it’s what you’re used to ❤️
I know pride month is heavily white washed & I understand how annoying that is 🥺 you deserve to be appreciated all month long and all 365 days of the year
It’s okay if you don’t “look gay”. You don’t need to change anything about yourself to fit in in fear your gay card would be revoked. Wear whatever you want, have your hair however you want, and listen to whatever music you want.
Queerness does not equal White gays and you deserve to be recognized in this community EVERYWHERE, whether it’s the media or social media or in person
You deserve your trauma taken seriously. You deserve your hurt taken seriously. Not “oof, sorry queen/king/dude”
