I have a very dull sense of smell but I’ll take my family’s assessment of the stench being “unbearable” as truthful.
He said this type of a back up, which included an overflowing toilet
and sewage flowing out of our shower
drain had taken years to accumulate.

Often the majority of a pastors work is doing the privileged work of cleaning up the messes of others after they’ve been long gone. All the while dealing with the feedback of others complaining about the smell yet rarely pitch in to help clean up & sanitize the area.

October is #PastorsAppreciationMonth and many pastors are out here struggling. Please love on your pastors, not just in October but as long as they have the privilege from the Lord to serve as your pastor.
