IIFA WISHLIST!

Deepika Padukone

I’ve picked 2 looks each for all the girls. For the press conference, we’re going monochrome and business-y while the Main event is also pretty simple barring some major jewellery. There’s been an obvious minimalism in her recent RC looks.
IIFA WISHLIST

Katrina Kaif

Might be 2020 but not every thing has to change! stuck to Katrina’s ethereal style with this easy Zimmerman floor length midi with poet sleeves for the press con. For the main event, we stuck to theme in this floral embroidered gown with sleek jewels.
IIFA WISHLIST

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Aishwarya’s style has always been classic and elegant and that’s when she shines most. I would like to see her in something formal for the press con but do a complete U-turn at night, in this bodycon Cavalli to revive the glamazon.
IIFA WISHLIST

Alia Bhatt

If the awards were happening, Alia would be at the ceremony to pick up her Best Actress award. I went easy-breezy with the day look in this Galvan midi which is pretty striking and this stunning bedazzled Ralph and Russo number for the red carpet.
IIFA WISHLIST

Kareena Kapoor Khan

Kareena is possibly the easiest person to style since I gravitate toward her style the most. The last time she was carrying, she set style records... so pressure! I picked two Elie Saab pieces from their latest collections with relaxed styling.
IIFA WISHLIST

Taapsee Pannu

Taapsee has very distinct red carpet style and you can always tell it’s something she’d wear when it fits. The day look is easy but for the main event where I’m pretty sure she’d be snagging an award is this gorgeous two-toned bronzed Fouad number.
IIFA WISHLIST

Shraddha Kapoor

Shraddha always plays to her strengths on the red carpet but I would love to see how she plays thIs edgy ballgown. Knowing her she will smash the Pankaj Nidhi mini but I also think she’ll throw it outta the park with her second look too.
IIFA WISHLIST

Kiara Advani

Kiara is the next big thing in Bollywood and she needs to start dressing that way. So I picked this dramatic jumpsuit for the press con she would body the shit out of it. For the RC, I went sexier with this Hobeika pink number that was made for her.
IIFA WISHLIST

Kriti Sanon

Kriti is really beautiful and poised to have a great run at the films. I do hope her stylists treat her that way too. This Alessandra blazer shorts combo is fun and cute but it’s her red carpet moment that if done right could be a potential BDOTY.
IIFA WISHLIST

Sara Ali Khan

Sara’s street style includes a lot of colour my picks seem like a punishment but they’re not. I chose this Dundas mini because she loves to show off em legs (as she should). The red carpet look borders on loud but I know Sara will pull it off.
IIFA WISHLIST

Janhvi Kapoor

Janhvi’s red carpet style is the opposite of her personal aesthetic and I love a B who can do it all. I picked this MiddleEastern couturier because this flaming red sexy af number with cut-outs almost everywhere is one I would die to see her in.
IIFA WISHLIST

Tara Sutaria

Tara is one of the most gorgeous women around and I mostly never have an objection to her fuss-free style. She plays to her strengths and keeps it simple. I upped the stakes in her day look but we went back to being on-brand for the evening.
IIFA WISHLIST

Vaani Kapoor

Vaani is beyond sexy and she knows it and dresses that way and that makes me very happy. Technically she was the heroine of the biggest film last year so she needs to step up. The Phillip Plein barely-there gown looks tacky but she’ll make it work.
IIFA WISHLIST

Ananya Pandey

I like Ananya most when she’s styled her age. I’ve tried to do that with her morning look which is trendy and very Teen Vogue-ish. The evening is more sophisticated while keeping it fresh and youthful at the same time.
IIFA WISHLIST

Tripti Dimri

Tripti is obviously the newest It-girl and I know I got into trouble the last time I said it, I still hold on to my words. I picked Masaba for the morning and Jenny Packham sequins for the evening styled without any jewels keeping it contemporary.
