DIVA DEVOTION: “Delayed does not mean denied.”

Questions like, “Why am I even trying?”, can often be the type of negative thought that flows through our minds. But wait, before you give up, remember that a delayed response is not a denied one. (continued)
The Bible says that we should, “Be still in the presence of the Lord. Wait patiently for Him to act”(Psalm 37:7). Many times, God is not telling us no, He’s telling us to wait. The opportunity you might have thought would be amazing for you could be just the opposite. (continued)
God always has something better up His sleeve. So, to wait, does not mean to quit. It means to keep working, keep trying and understand that, “If we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience” (Romans 8:25). (continued)
God sees things you and I do not, so thank Him in the midst of your wait and delayed response. He is already at work on your behalf and has greater in store for your future. Have a blessed week! -Chaplain Aundrea Coleman ♥️ (end of thread)
