Michael Jackson's innocence & the accusations:
• KEY POINTS - a thread

This thread is going to address Michael Jackson's innocence. This is a safe space to ask any questions regarding the cases to educate yourselves before spreading false information.
I want anyone who is reading this, who thinks the allegations are true, to know that I was once in your shoes, I was never a fan & I believed the allegations after 'Leaving Neverland' aired. After extensive research, I want to spread awareness about the frauds we believed.
I see many people getting into arguments with MJ fans, on a day to day basis. Yes, we do get aggravated because we have done months of research, we know our facts inside-out.
It's difficult to teach the in-depth details of the cases, and it's frustrating when people are ignorant.
I want to clarify, that if I even had the slightest bit of doubt about MJ's innocence, I would never defend him, or have this account, and I know that's the same for every other fan on here.
Here are the key points, that you need to know:
This is a timeline of allegations made against MJ, to help you get an understanding of the debunking of the cases:
1993-Jordan Chandler
1995-Anonymous Boy
2005-Gavin Arvizo
2013/2014-Wade Robson, James Safechuck.
Michael Jackson was monitored by the FBI from 1992-2005. His house was raided and searched twice by 70 officers, 16 computers and hard-drives were seized. They found nothing to go against him. Despite what tabloids say, they found nothing even suspicious.
In 1993, the Chandler family made the first allegations against Michael Jackson. They used an evil extortion scheme to extract $20million from Jackson's legal team.
The FBI studies show, in a police interview, Jordan Chandler was adamant that Jackson had never been inappropriate to him. They state that Jordan would "legally fight any attempt to testify against Jackson." He told police interviewers that his father "just wanted money."
NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association) is a pro-paedophile organisation, which promotes paedophilia. Member Victor Gutierrez's goal was to try normalise paedophilia, setting up famous and successful people, in an attempt for the public to think it was acceptable.
Victor Gutierrez has been recognised to coach kids, and MJ's maids to lie about events involving Michael Jackson, and sell their stories to tabloids. Notable ones include: Adrian McManus, Blanca Francia & Jason Francia.
Victor Gutierrez wrote a pro-paedophilia book 'Michael Jackson was my lover.' This book, and Evan Chandler's book 'All That Glitters' have many similarities, and at some points, are word for word the same. This proves that Gutierrez was connected to the Chandlers and set up MJ.
The book contained documents that only the Chandlers could have owned, such as drawings directly from Jordan:
In 1995, an anonymous boy made claims about Michael Jackson, however, in a police interview, he broke down and admitted he had been coached into what to say, by a man named Rodney Allen, connected to Gutierrez and also a member of NAMBLA. Watch this video:
Gutierrez continued to make stories up about MJ, until Jackson successfully sued Gutierrez for $2.7million. Gutierrez fled the country, and filed for bankruptcy. He then started to sell stories to tabloids about Politicians in Chile in an attempt to normalise paedophilia again.
In 2008, Victor Gutierrez was sentenced to 61 days in jail and ordered to pay 30 million Chilean pesos for spreading slanderous stories against former Miss Universe, Cecilia Bolocco.
Rodney Allen (NAMBLA member and connected to Gutierrez) is serving a life sentence in prison for paedophilia and has since confirmed he wrote this in a letter:
These recorded phone calls from Evan to Jordan's stepfather, show Chandler's erratical behaviour as it exposes Evan's extortion plans by making false allegations:
"Does that help Jordy?"
"That's irrelevant to me"
Evan Chandler was an absent father to Jordan, he owed around $70,000 in unpaid child support to Jordan's mother. Evan only came back into Jordan's life when he met MJ, immediately trying to use him for monetary purposes, trying to get him to build a new house, which MJ declined.
Evan Chandler started to act erratically when he didn't get any monetary gifts from Jackson. Jordan saw MJ as a father figure & Jordan did not return any of his phone calls, neither did Jackson. Evan Chandler felt MJ had "broken" the family apart, & threatened to make allegations
Evan Chandler demanded custody of Jordan for a week. Evan admitted to using a sedative drug during this time on Jordan called Sodium-Amytal during a "dental procedure."
Sodium-Amytal was often used wrongly in hypnosis to increase the risk of having false memories.
Only after Jordan stayed with Evan, and had been under a sedative drug, did he change his story. Evan Chandler went directly to Michael Jackson and his legal team demanding $20 million to not go public with the accusations. Jackson was adamant he wasn't going to pay Evan.
A search warrant forced Jackson to have his genitalia photographed, after the Chandlers claimed they could describe vitiligo blotches on Jackson's genitalia. Their description did not match.
Jackson announced in February 1993 in an interview conducted by Oprah Winfrey that he had the skin disorder Vitiligo. One of the areas vitiligo affects the most is the genital area. With the Chandlers knowing this, they could guess about the discolouration on the genitals.
The strip search did not match Jordan's description. If the photographs did match, Jackson would have been arrested on the spot.
January 25th 1994, Jackson's insurance company was extorted of $20million. After Evan got the money, he refused to attend court for a criminal trial to follow the civil trial. He didn't care about 'justice.' He didn't want a 'molester' locked up, he left when he got the money.
Read this thread to learn about the extortion scheme. Some people call this a "pay off" however, it is well known that this sum, payed by MJ's insurance legal team, was for the civil lawsuit, and wouldn't stop any criminal investigations from happening, which MJ tried to push for https://twitter.com/JuliaBerkowitz1/status/1049322279535038464
Latoya Jackson appeared in an interview claiming her brother was guilty, which convinced many people and caused a huge media scandal. She later retracted it and revealed that her abusive husband who was a member of the mafia forced her to say it and wanted to ruin MJ.
Evan Chandler was money hungry, and after receiving $20million from Jackson, he tried to sue him again, for $60million, claiming MJ had abandoned the disclosure part of the agreement when he released the album 'HIStory.' It got tossed out of court.
As a second attempt at getting more money, Evan Chandler tried to write and publish an album called "EVANstory" imitating MJ's album "HIStory" It consisted of Evan Chandler singing about his son's "abuse." It got dismissed. Chandler tried everything to get more money from Jackson
Evan Chandler was an abusive father to Jordan.
On July 6th, 2005, Evan Chandler attempted to choke Jordan. He sprayed Jordan's eyes with mace or pepper spray and struck Jordan's head with a dumbbell.
Jordan filed for emancipation from his family, and never spoke to them again.
When Michael Jackson passed away in 2009, 4 months later, Evan Chandler committed suicide, by a gun to the head. Not one person attended his funeral...That speaks for Evan's character.
Jordan Chandler has never publicly addressed the allegations, however in #SquareOne classmate Josie Zohny says that Jordan often said he felt "used" by his parents, and describes his apartment as a "shrine to MJ"
"All the allegations made against Michael Jackson are based off of the first accuser's story, Jordan Chandler, and if that one is false. which I do believe it is false, all the rest crumble" - Josie Zohny
"given things that Jordan had said separately, having nothing to do with Michael Jackson, about his home-life, it affirmed my belief that he was a victim of his parents greed"
Gavin Arvizo 2005 - Janet Arvizo (mother) hired the same lawyers as the Chandler family, as an attempt to frame Michael Jackson, and file for a civil lawsuit to extract money from Jackson's legal team again.
The allegations sparked when Martin Bashir's 'Living with Michael Jackson' documentary aired.
Martin Bashir had to publicly apologise for deceiving the public, manipulating and directing the 'documentary' in ways that did not give a correct view of Jackson.
Due to the extortion of Jackson's legal team in 1993, the Law was changed so that a criminal trial had to precede a civil trial. This forced it to be a legal requirement that MJ was arrested. Here, he was a victim of police brutality.
The Arvizo's case was a mess, and they had no evidence. Their stories were filled with inconsistencies. Witnesses Caroline Fristedt and Jennifer Winnings, who were at Neverland when the Arvizo's were, claim Michael wasn't there.
Janet Arvizo needed a motive to make allegations against MJ, and so started by trying to get her kids to sleep in the same room as him. Michael was suspicious of her, and said no. When the kids kept pleading, he asked his guard Frank Cascio to stay with them in the 2 storey room.
Frank Cascio states that Michael slept on the floor, and the kids slept on his bed. This is taken very out of context when Michael states he "shared" his bed. He gave his bed to a guest as a matter of politeness, and slept away from them on the floor.
This is important...
Michael Jackson was proven Not Guilty on all counts in court, by lawyer Tom Mesereu, whereas Janet Arvizo was arrested for fraud.
The recent "documentary" Leaving Neverland was debunked. None of the stories that Robson or Safechuck stated matched up with any of the key dates in the previous court documents they filed.
As an outsider looking in, Leaving Neverland is a very believable piece. Psychologically, it is very emotionally manipulative and convincing. This is why I had my doubts about MJ's innocence previously, until I researched into it, and found out it had been exposed with many lies.
More than 30 scenes have been deleted from Leaving Neverland, when members of the public started to question producer Dan Reed about the many many inconsistencies within the "documentary."
1. Wade Robson testified for Michael Jackson in 2005 during the Arvizo case. Himself and James Safechuck had defended MJ multiple times under oath. Why would Michael put his so-called "victim" on the stand?
2. Leaving Neverland was made when both men were struggling financially. Safechuck had been sued for $800,000 in 2013 & was on the verge of bankruptcy. 2 days after papers were filed he suddenly "realised" he was "abused" by Jackson, and joined a multi million dollar civil claim.
3. Robson was rejected from a Michael Jackson themed Cirque De Soleil show that he was depending on. He was already boasting about his position in the industry.
It's very coincidental that both men realised they had been "abused" at this time & joined together in a civil suit.
4. In 2013, Robson and Safechuck tried to sue the MJJ Productions for $1.6 Billion. It got tossed out of court, and so they made Leaving Neverland as their "evidence piece" to win the money in the civil suit.
5. Robson and Safechuck's whole story line is based on the statement: "when you get too old you get replaced with a younger kid" These lies contradict that:
Lie #1 Safechuck claims he was abused in a room in a train station in the late 80s.
It simply didn't exist then. It was approved and built in 1993, and opened in 1994. For abuse to have happened here, Safechuck would've 16 years old. 2 years after he claimed "abuse" had stopped.
Lie #2 They claim that they were replaced by Macaulay Culkin once they "got too old."
Culkin is a whole 2 years older than Robson and defends Michael to this day, which completely destroys their whole storyline.
Lie #3 James Safechuck's mother claims that she "danced" when Jackson died in 2009. However they were still actively defending Michael during this time...way up until 2013 when he went bankrupt.
Lie #4 Robson shows "footage" at the end of Leaving Neverland claiming that he burned all of Jackson's memorabilia, however, Julien's Auction House says otherwise...
Lie #5 Robson and Safechuck have been recognised by victims where they don't show the "typical" profile of a victim of abuse. They both show no emotional pain or upset and are caught trying to hide a smirk or laughing while talking about a sensitive topic.
Lie #6 Robson and Safechuck's body language during the "documentary" is questionable, as it is often common when lying. People who have met Robson have spoken publicly about how they think his character cannot be trusted.
Lie #7 Viewers have caught on to the fact that their interviews have been scripted from the "documentary" to stay in their specific lines so they can't accidentally produce any more inconsistencies since being exposed.
Lie #8 Producer Dan Reed tries to suggest that Macaulay Culkin and Brett Barnes were victims of abuse. Barnes contacted his lawyers demanding for his name to be removed from the "documentary." Dan Reed refused to remove it, both men continuously defend MJ.
Lie #9 Robson states that Jackson would try and isolate him from females, however Michael set up Robson and his own niece, Brandi Jackson when they were younger that started off as a puppy love, however evolved seriously throughout their late teens and as adults...
...Robson cheated on Brandi with Britney Spears, which caused her & Justin Timberlake to separate. Brandi Jackson was often at Neverland with Wade & knew him very well. You can watch these interviews to understand her view on Robson
Lie #10 Robson claims that the first time he was "abused" was in February 1990 when his family went on a trip to the Grand Canyon, Robson's own mother contradicts this in a deposition under oath, confirming that the whole family went on vacation to the Grand Canyon....
...Wade also contradicts his own story, as within 2 months, he changed his story to the first time he was left alone at Neverland was in 1993. Robson claims that he was abused "hundreds of times" however he had only visited Neverland 14 times, where MJ was only present 4 times.
Oprah Winfrey was the interviewer and host for 'Leaving Neverland the Aftermath.' Lots of people realised that she scheduled this right as her close friend Harvey Weinstein had a development in his sexual abuse case. She used it as a media cover up, and used MJ as the scapegoat.
From looking at Robson and Safechuck's stories of "abuse" they are based on the fantasies of Victor Gutierrez, from his book, "Michael Jackson Was My Lover" I mentioned Gutierrez earlier in the Chandler case, he was a member of NAMBLA (a pro-paedophilia organisation)
watch these videos about Leaving Neverland
The whole film is an attempt of a money-grab. I understand why some may believe it, because it is psychologically and emotionally manipulative. However it has been debunked. It would have never been made if MJ was still alive to defend himself, and sue huge sums for defamation.
It has become laughable how awfully organised this "documentary" is, no matter how much they try to get their timelines to fit, it won't, because it did not happen. Fortunately for him, Jackson was one of the most documented people, proving these stories are a complete fiction.
The media's role:
They are trying to destroy Michael Jackson's legacy. You have to know that. He was a powerful black man with the ability to unite people of all races, age and gender with his music and positive messages to the world. They were scared of his amount of power.
Accusations about MJ started to appear in the media around the year 1986. Michael Jackson purchased the Beatles Catalogue in 1985, and had so much power in the music industry. They were scared of a powerful black man having the rights of white icons, such as The Beatles and Elvis
The stories in the tabloids are about money and the Sony / ATV catalogue. Everything said about him has one ambition...turn the public away from him, stop his music sales, and get that Sony catalogue back at any cost. He had too much power for the racist media to handle.
Michael Jackson broke his contract with Sony, leaving them while owning half of the publishings. He spoke out about Sony in a truthful way and they got back at him by destroying his album and trying to destroy his legacy.
After MJ spoke out about Sony, he often said to his close friends and family that he was "scared for his life" and "they are trying to kill me." There is a conspiracy that Sony killed Michael Jackson, and they would have a motive to do so, because he owned half of their earnings.
Michael Jackson was murdered. People forget this. His death was labelled as a homicide by Conrad Murray, who was imprisoned. Katherine Jackson filed a lawsuit against AEG Live who were behind the "This Is It" tour, and it is a conspiracy that they hired Murray to kill MJ.
Throughout his career, Michael Jackson has dealt with all sorts of accusations from people who try to slander him for a result of monetary compensation. Many different stories were pushed for the public about him to believe, such as paternity suits to abuse claims.
Michael Jackson was an easy target to the media with his changing appearance. They called him a racist + racist names in the tabloids such as "Wacko Jacko" which refers to a dancing monkey from the 1960s. Michael Jackson's appearance changed a lot due to his autoimmune conditions
Michael Jackson had 2 autoimmune conditions:
•vitiligo, which destroys the pigmentation in the skin, leaving it porcelain white + transparent.
•lupus, a disease that causes inflammation of the joints, organs + skin. There is lesion growth + difficulty repairing tissues.
Michael Jackson's vitiligo:
Due to the discolouration of vitiligo + the transparency of Michael's skin, he wore heavy body makeup + also had his lips tattooed pink to restore colour.
Michael Jackson's iconic one glove was worn in an attempt to cover his vitiligo, you can see here the makeup on the glove:
Vitiligo and Lupus patients are told not to let the sun hit your skin because of a high sensitivity. You might notice that Michael always wore long sleeves and long trousers to cover his skin. He also wore a face mask to protect his skin from the sun, and carried an umbrella.
It is said that MJ used prescribed benoquin creams that are made and prescribed only for vitiligo patients to apply around vitiligo lesions to smooth out the general skin tone.
Michael Jackson's lupus:
Lupus is an autoimmune disease which affects the body's tissues. MJ has a Malar rash + lesion growths in the pictures above. Prednisone is a medicine prescribed to lupus patients to stop the inflammation of the skin, but a side effect is weight fluctuations to the face.
MJ had nasal cosmetic surgery for his own insecurities, after years of abuse from his father, however when MJ had surgery, his tissues and cartilage didn't heal as it should, and left scarring because of his lupus. This required for him to have several reconstructive surgeries.
Lupus destroyed the cartilage in his nose + required several reconstructive surgeries throughout his lifetime.
In 1984 he needed reconstruction surgeries to his scalp and some parts of his face after suffering from 2nd + 3rd degree burns in an accident. He then had to wear wigs.
Michael Jackson had the right to have cosmetic surgery, the same as anyone else does, without speculation. Especially with his 2 autoimmune conditions, and insecurities, however the media targeted him for it + spread lies about his conditions.
People ask why I bother to defend Michael Jackson.
It's because I understand him. I will fight for him + his legacy to live on forever.
Also, his family. They are such lovely people, with the world slandering someone they truly know and love. I do it for them.
It's honestly an honour to be an MJ fan and fight for his justice. Once I understood him, he was the purest and most knowledgeable person I've ever experienced with the most beautiful soul.
Michael Jackson surrounded himself with children because they had no concept of his fame + treated him as a normal person rather than a walking ATM machine. He was tried to recapture his stolen childhood, while being a good father figure to reverse memories of his abusive father.
I hope you could look at this thread with an open mind.
