(2/3) The most common symptoms were cold-like symptoms, including blocked or runny nose (53%), cough (45%), loss of smell (37%), headache (34%), loss of taste (31%), and sore throat (27%). Only 8% had a fever.
(3/3) The authors noted that #COVID19 is not readily distinguishable from other respiratory illnesses. Additionally, the high proportion of asymptomatic infection further limits the usefulness of symptom screening. Testing is critical to identify cases.
