"Emotionally? Mentally? Spiritually?"

"Yes."

"PHYSICALLY?!?!"

"YES!"

~~~THREAD~~~
What is Meditation?
Every act you do consciously, being fully aware in that moment, is meditation.
Although to get to this point of being fully aware or being aware majority of the time,
You need to practice sitting in one place and focus on your breath.
(multiple variations)
Meditation can heal you in many ways over time:
- decreased anxiety and stress
- decreased depression
- increased pain tolerance
- increased immune function
In a nutshell, it is a workout for your brain.
I am not going to get deep into basic "why meditate bro??"
There are numerous people talking about it.
So now,
How do you heal your physical body with meditation??
With Mudras.
Mudra means a pose or posture, with your hands and fingers. (Hand gestures)
This Sanskrit word means, Mud=joy and ra=produce.
Mudras originated from Hinduism and Buddhism.
Mudras can create an electromagnetic force within the body
Which restore health condition and posture/joining of fingers
Creates an effect on the body.
"How so??"
The 5 fingers are the extensions of the 5 elements
- water
- earth
- ether
- fire
- air
Using mudras, you can balance these elements in your body.
"Your fingers are priceless medicine."
There are more than 500 Mudras,
But not all of them are for us, normal/civilized people.
Some are solely for Tantric rituals, and some for advanced Yogis.
