Hey folks, it seems like my sweet potatoes tweet was offensive to some 🤔, so I felt it was a good time to clarify some things:

1) I don’t have a condition that requires I maintain my ketosis within a given therapeutic window

2) I don’t have adverse reactions to plants
3) I have never given up carbohydrates entirely, I have always had a targeted approach to ketosis as it is highly beneficial to my training experience, and of course I indulge in social/special situations.

This is what has worked best for *me* and what *I* am able to reliably
sustain, leading to what I consider massive, long-term success.

Logically, everyone has different nutritional requirements that are specific to THEIR case.

Whatever you were told/found out about your requirements is therefore not universally applicable.
