Dr. Sudhir Gupta should be immediately sacked and investigated.

Not only is Dr. Gupta leaking his own conclusions, he is leaking the conclusions of other AIIMS Board members, without their consent.
This is an ongoing CBI investigation, ordered by the honourable Supreme court. Dr. Gupta seems to be too keen to deliver the judgement.

A TV news channel is claiming that the SSR death mystery is solved, after Dr. Sudhir Gupta's "revelations".
Dr. Gupta is not supposed to leak anything to the media, as this case is both sub-judice and an ongoing criminal investigation.
Why is Dr. Gupta acting like this?

Sushant's family lawyer has expressed his doubts over the working and conduct of the AIIMS Board. He has said that he will apply for a new AIIMS forensic board (or a medical board).
I agree with him, the AIIMS report should be referred to a Medical Board for a second opinion

Dr. Gupta's behavior is suspicious.
He's sending text messages to select journalists. He is leaking details of an investigation. He is trying to finish the case in the middle of investigations.
