The first certification date is Delaware: Nov. 5. The last is California: Dec. 11.

This has always been the case. It is not new this year because of mailed ballots.
I will say this for the 100th time: Journalists are not observers of the election process. We are active participants. If we give bad or incomplete information it will assist in sewing disinformation and assist in disenfranchisement.
