-Create a COMPLIMENTARY offer
-Put some urgency on it.
Ei. When you buy before Friday at midnight you get 40% off.
-Remind them of the offer On social by remaining consistent
-Let them know DIRECTLY the offer exists because of their loyalty

I mean to pick up the phone
Send a text
Send a custom email

And act like you know them! Stop acting like a robot to your clients and calling that “professionalism”

Stop creating broad offers and wondering why nobody buys.

Start standing on the relationship you’ve EARNED!

You know what they need next based on their previous purchase.

It could be more of the same or a next step.
