We finished psycho pass S3 yesterday and, ya know, i wish i could review that season
But considering those assholes went full "how abt not finishing the season and producing movies", i cant :))

I hate it tbh, there& #39;s not even a cliffhanger or a finished case or ???? The episode just ends and thats it. Tons of questions unanswered, on-going investigation, but its ok bc we& #39;re releasing 3 "movies" (Aka, eps that are 45min long, exactly like the 8 eps of the season) later

This season was hard enough to follow btw the different plots, tons of new characters & backstories, old characters appearing, new problems arising (& you know, the fact that they acted as if we didnt learn anything from s1), weird explaination and TONS of namedropping

But youre not even delivering a full product & your viewers had to wait 1 year afterward to resume the show ?????

The link btw immigration & religion, 2 very new problems that are super complicated to explain, was interesting and would have sufficed

BUT NO, YOU HAD TO GET A CAPITALIST SUPER ORGANISATION that operates w through specific names :))))

A capitalist super organization that gets through Sybil system by exploiting its MANY weaknesses (bc ya know, psycho pass is all about explaining that Sybil system has tons of problems, BUT its still better than any other system)

I swear to god during ep7 we learn that Sybil is having trouble w people getting through its weaknesses and like??? REALLY??? SINCE EP1 WE KNOW PPL CAN GET THEIR HUE ARTIFICIALLY TONE DOWN AND IT DOESNT BOTHER ANYONE LMFAO

I dont get what S3 is supposed to be about really, and i cant judge it since its obviously not finished :))) but damn what a mess, thankfully the new characters are more likable than those from s2

I mean, the plot appeared so boring you had to make the most dutyful inspector betray his team, for absolutely no reason (i mean, sry but we dont get enough Intel abt him and his wife to consider he& #39;d choose her over his work, considering he& #39;s spent a lifetime as a soldier)

This being said, it would be VERY interesting if Kei were to betray them bc he also completely lost faith in the Sybil system, which is understandable considering s3 also introduced politics :)) (not incoherent at all)
