I'm keen for us not to set any rules or expectations for today's session. The main aim is to carve out some time to write. It doesn't need to be the whole day - it may even be just 15 minutes - once you've set that time aside make sure you sit down and write!
I suggest we begin with the morning pages, a creative practice that can help you to detox the mind. Aim for three pages written in longhand. Don't worry about what you write, just put down any words that come to mind.

Once you've done this, set a timer for 15 minutes and write freely and without judgment. If you're working on a longer piece or get stuck, reply under this thread during the day and we'll share some tips and advice. We hope you enjoy the day and write something new!
