Restaurants, pubs, gyms - how are you going to address concerns on ventilation? That is my key question. Sanitization, disposable menus, no salads is all well and good - but I do think we also need to know about your air circulation and ventilation as part of the protocol.
It is key because we now know that primary transmission is through droplets. Food is no risk. Therefore, eateries and restaurants ( plus cinema halls) should tell us how they are working on ventilation. I would need to know that before I venture back.
In fact, the govt should be actually giving guidelines to closed spaces on how they can make the air safe. Offices, gyms, pubs etc. This walking through sanitization tunnels and temperature checks is optics. Does it need an overhaul in air conditioning? Options?
So @_PVRCinemas how will you ensure air quality in a closed cinema hall. Or @AHARMumbai what are the guidelines for restaurants on ventilation. I am interested in these being highlighted as I really do want to dine out!
@MumbaiMirror @mid_day it would be great if you could ask indoor spaces on indoor air quality measures as we open up further 🙏
