self appreciation started with you’re good enough. even another part of yours always try to doubt it but please mark that line on your mind, “You’re good enough!”. everyone has their own pace, limits, and time... so you do.

dear my self, it’s fine to do not tell people how slumped you are but you have a lot of friend, special place, diary human, etc to sharing about your problem. i trust you could open your self more than now, but if you won’t do just step back and stay there don’t force your ego.
