fukuchi's sword cuts through the 'past' of the present he is in as of now, but that same 'past' would be his 'future' and it would also be the present of the timeline he cut through,

++
basically what i'm trying to say is, fukuchi only cut through the 'past' of one of the neverending timelines that exists in their universe. which means, in another timeline, sskk would have actually won against him.

++
but that's irrelevant because as long as there exists one timeline where sskk is defeated, no matter how many timelines they win, fukuchi will cut through it.

ok, but you may be asking, how does fukuchi's sword even work?

++
from the 86th chapter, it's revealed that fukuchi's sword can cut through space, but in the latest one, it's revealed it can ALSO cut time.

why?

++
according to space-time, a mathematical model that combines space and time in what's called a "continuum," time cannot be separated from the three dimensions of space.

++
and if you apply that same mechanics to fukuchi's sword, it makes sense as to why he is able to cut through it.

but i propose you this, who else is able to cut through space itself? that's right, rashoumon.

++
and as we've established, you can't separate space from time—so maybe with the combined effort of atsushi and akutagawa, they may cut through time itself, in order to win against fukuchi.
