/2 Actual Q by Baxendale:
“Judge Coate’s has already told Counsel Assisting that she should find that ...blah… given those findings ...”

Dan: “You have just put it to me that findings have been made. No findings have been made.”
Baxendale: “I didn’t” … then more denials by B

/3 Then Baxendale abandoned truth & tweeted this “transcript”:

“Judge Coate’s already BEEN told (by) counsel assisting that she should find that ...blah… given those (Counsel Assisting) findings ...”

Bracketed words were never said, nor was the “been’’; Changing the meaning.

4/ Clearly this is a total misrepresentation of what was said. A lie, in fact.
This lie was used by other MSM & the LNP to discredit the Premier, divide and mislead the public & undermine recovery efforts.

5/ Some journos carelessly repeated this misleading commentary.
 One of those ( @AliMoore004 from @abcmelbourne ) did the right thing & apologised, saying
“I should have listened before relying on a transcript. This is an apology.”

6/ Journos who circle the wagons to defend this bad behaviour instead of calling out their colleagues
severely harm their profession, participate in the spread of misinformation and act as a drag anchor for Victoria’s Covid recovery efforts via the division they help enable.

I notice on the ABC FB recording of @DanielAndrewsMP ‘s presser from the 29th September that about 24 words have been removed from the video around the contentious 16:33 as highlighted by jerky vision.
Why was it removed?
