"New Invention" by iDKHOW reminds me of a song concept I had last year but never pursued due to not having an instrument or any talent.

The song was going to be about how it feels to allow others to build you in their image to suit their ideals and not your own, following a sort of "blueprint" as if they were building a lifeless robot.

The story it told would have been one about breaking free to live life by your rules and not the rules that were programmed into you by others around you.

I had some other ideas that came up after that one about writing songs based on the long-lasting emotional and mental impacts that the programming would have had on you even after becoming sentient but it was becoming too stupidly ridiculous as well as ambitious.
