since ppl are a lil confused here’s some tips i used to shift
-drink hella water
-decaffeinated tea is even better! chamomile is my fav
-get a sleep eye mask (def if u have stuff that lights up in your room)
-turn your phone all the way off if you can
-listen to subliminals (just look it up on spotify or yt but try to not get one w words)
-listen to a guided meditation if u are having a hard time and then restart
-try to do everything you need to do before so you can feel relaxed
-go to the bathroom so you don’t need to get up while you’re in your dr
-make a rlly specific script
