Just a quick update on how breaking keto today went.

a quick thread for anyone who cares about the keto journey I've been on the last year.
I know I don't talk much about keto on here but a few of my regular followers seem to be interested so this is for you.

The rest of you might find this boring but if you are interested in keto feel free to read.
A quick rundown if you're just hearing about my weight loss and lifestyle changes I've been making for several years.

I could go back to the start but we'll just stick to the nutritionist and keto.
It started with me weighing in at a whopping 350. Not surprisingly since I was very unhappy with life at that point in time. Plus I found out I was eating completely wrong for my body type. (that was the nutritionist that explained that) I then went on a crazy health kick and
.. lost 50 pounds. When that became unattainable anymore because of my lifestyle I decided to switch to keto. Keto has been fairly easy for me and I've managed to lose another 75 pounds. I've been doing it for 15 months now and I've been completely stalled out for 6 weeks.
so a couple of weeks ago I decided to go hard core keto and see if that broke the plato. And also coming up with a new plan if it didn't. So the last couple of weeks I've been depleting my keto foods and getting ready to flip to weight watchers.

That day came today!
Not much to report except I ate fruit for the first time in 15 months. I also had a ham and grilled cheese sandwich for lunch oh... and my farts stink.

My first crazy meal that I've been craving since I first started keto is Indian. Vindaloo to be specific
