and so it comes to an end! it is truly incredible how the ending of a show that one has not seen in the past year or two still manages to render one emotional. despite kzk2 deteriorating substantially in quality, i shall forever hold on to the fond memories i initially had of it.
having genuinely loved erica’s commendable screen presence from krpkab, i remember being quite apprehensive about her joining a balaji show. furthermore, prior to kzk2, i had never been a fan of parth’s off-screen persona. yet still i was unable to refrain myself from watching.
and so i did! much to my pleasure, the initial 70 episodes or so that i had indulged in still remain one of my warmest experiences as a show enthusiast. the grandeur & aesthetic cinematography of kzk2 continues to be superior! beyond the visual appeal however was the ensemble! ♥️
anurag & prerna were that couple; one that almost every fangirl could not help but gush over! their platonic friendship of genuine concern for one another beautifully evolved into one of pure & passionate love. parth & erica shared iconic chemistry together; so subtle & organic!
their softness was gracefully paralleled by intensity & angst; the recipe for a perfectly crafted couple. parth & erica masterfully portrayed the blossoming love between their respective characters with such ease & conviction. their camaraderie effortlessly shone onscreen. 🤍
parth samthaan grew on me & how! within a short span of time, i was truly left in awe with his notable craft for acting. one cannot deny that initial anurag basu remains one of the best male leads of itv; his endearing, warm-hearted nature & inspiring etiquette were truly rare!
erica j. fernandes eloquently breathed life into prerna sharma - a woman of unfaltering resolve & principle. as her name signifies, it was truly inspiring to witness her resolutely stand for her rights. often times, i felt invigorated perceiving her grace as well as valiance! ❤️
initial anurag & prerna were truly a breath of fresh air in the dark realm of television (barring they fell prey to the exact same character assasination all of ekta’s shows manifest)! in addition, parth & erica gave some highly memorable, power-packed performances; a class act!
this thread would be incomplete if i did not commemorate kzk2’s astonishingly talented ensemble! from the protagonists to the antagonists, each & every actor wholly immersed themselves into character; whether it be the basus or the sharmas; performers truly par excellence! 🙌🏽
one must credit the beautifully unadulterated friendships amongst the ensemble for the success of kzk2! rarely have i witnessed a cast bond to the extent they have; a family in every regard. whether it be on the sets or off, they all share mutual love & respect for each other. 💜
once again, i am fully aware that the show significantly lost its quality however the initial phase of kzk2 which happens to be all that i have seen shall forever remain invaluable to me. here’s bidding a heartfelt adieu to the cast, characters & our anurag-prerna! much love. 🤍
