M A S K E V I D E N C E: Whistleblower Thread.

I'm not a whistleblower in the normal context. I'm a US citizen who found evidence/studies from: Department of Labor, OSHA, NIOSH, & the CDC not to mention physicians all proving, stating, & citing that MASKS DO NOT STOP VIRUSES.
I hope & pray that our President @realDonaldTrump, along with journalists, Sec. of Labor @SecGeneScalia (OSHA), Sec. Of Health & Human Services @SecAzar (NIOSH) & to all Governors & State AG's to see this evidence. Open up America now!

#FactsMatter
1st, let's learn hierarchy & who & what OSHA & NIOSH are.
The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 created both NIOSH and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). OSHA is in the US Department of Labor and is responsible for developing and enforcing workplace safety and health regulations.
https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/docs/2003-116/default.html#:~:text=DHHS%20(NIOSH)%20Publication%20Number%202003%2D116&text=The%20Occupational%20Safety%20and%20Health,workplace%20safety%20and%20health%20regulations.
Simplified:
• OSHA under Dept of Labor - @SecGeneScalia
• NIOSH under Dept of HHS - @SecAzar
The Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970 is a US labor law governing the federal law of occupational health and safety in the private sector & federal government in the United States. It was enacted by Congress in 1970 & was signed by President Richard Nixon: Dec. 29, 1970.
Now that we know what Dept of Labor, Dept of HHS, CDC, OSHA, & NIOSH mean & that there is an OSHA Act responsible for workplace safety.

Did you know OSHA & NIOSH set the STANDARDS for SAFETY & REGULATIONS in the workplace?

Silence from OSHA & NIOSH on masks studies.
Let's begin with this video from the Department of Labor:

• Differences between Respirators and Facemasks.
• Respirators to work effectively must be FIT-TESTED or otherwise, they, too, will be ineffective in stopping airborne pathogens.
Continued: Dept of Labor video explaining masks & what they do & don't do.

• Facemasks are not designed NOR certified to stop/block/prevent the inhalation of small airborne contaminants.
Last part of video, from 10 yrs ago from the @USDOL & silence from OSHA & DOL for not sharing this information.

Full video can be found here:

Key takeaways from Department of Labor video:
• Facemasks ARE NOT Respirators.
• Facemasks are not designed nor certified to prevent the inhalation of small airborne contaminants/pathogens.
• Facemasks offer no seal to the face thus offering no protection.
Gonna throw this short video clip on 60minutes Overtime of Dr. Anthony Fauci, during the PEAK of C19 in America, in March 2020, stating no one should be wearing masks. Listen to the "EXPERT."
Back to OSHA, OSHA takes masks seriously. If you wear one voluntarily, they ask your employer to check if the employee is medically fit to wear a mask & to sign a document verifying so.

• VOLUNTARY RESPIRATOR USE - Department of Labor - OSHA/NIOSH:
If people don't have a N95 Respirator, and are not following these steps each & every time a mask is donned on & off, the mask will not stop small airborne contaminants/pathogens.

• Applying masks - FITTING - May 2020 - Department of Labor:

Here's the problem. Only N95 Respirators are CERTIFIED by OSHA & NIOSH on being EFFECTIVE in stopping 80-95% of airborne contaminants/pathogens.

See the highlighted portion below on what the CDC recommends:

🚨 Important January 29th, 2014 video by NIOSH NPPTL Director, Maryann D'Alessandro.

LISTEN CAREFULLY TO THE WORDS SHE USES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE VIDEO.

Continued video - Maryann D'Alessandro - NIOSH NPPTL Director - Jan. 29, 2014:

🚨 LOOK closely at what is "highlighted" in this video, when stated that a tests are ongoing for monitoring if a Respirator fails standards > loss of certification & recalled.

What is NPPTL?
(National Personal Protective Technology Laboratory)
Why are they silent about CDC's mask mandate to prevent the spread of C19 when they know from their tests and other tests through OSHA that facemasks are ineffective, unless N95?

Surgical Masks vs Airborne germ/virus particles and effectiveness of the N95 Respirator vs standard Surgical Masks, specifically with regards to Influenza & C19.

Now, the CDC states C19 & the Flu share similar symptoms. Keep that stored away for later.
As they both are spread similarly as well.
Let's learn about Tuberculosis.
Although different than C19, the way TB is transmitted is airborne and will be relevant after I post the study.

President @realDonaldTrump please fire @CDCDirector for lying regarding facemasks, when his agency, CDC, through NIOSH, NPPTL, & the Department of HHS & LABOR have studies proving otherwise.

MASKS DON'T STOP AIRBORNE PATHOGENS.
Per FDA:
"While a surgical mask may be effective in blocking splashes and large-particle droplets, a face mask, by design, does not filter or block very small particles in the air that may be transmitted by coughs, sneezes, or certain medical procedures."

On same link as previous tweet, FDA states CDC recommends Cloth Face Coverings by general public & below that, CDC states Surgical masks
do not filter or block very small particles in the air that may be transmitted by coughs, sneezes, or certain medical procedures.
