Beginning TOMORROW, and as announced by @ONgov, all #COVID19 assessment centres will be moving to appointment only, including our Richmond Hill and Vaughan Assessment Centres. Walk ins will no longer be accepted.

To book an appointment at one of our #COVID19 Assessment Centres, call 905-883-1212 ext. 2004 or 905-417-2004, OR use your MyChart account if you’re a former patient. For more info visit  http://mackenziehealth.ca/covid-19 .

Unfortunately you will likely experience long wait times on the phone, sometimes in excess of two hours. We know this is frustrating but we’re doing everything possible to support the high volumes of calls we’re receiving daily. Thanks for your patience.

Former Mackenzie Health patients with an existing MyChart account can also access test results through the Health menu in MyChart.
