i debated with myself if i should share this knowledge but i decided to do so since it’s scientific and quite interesting. i’ll try to keep it short and sweet, just get the point across. https://twitter.com/memescentrai/status/1312405196438491136
women have oxytocin, the hormone associated with attachment, love, affection to someone. oxytocin also called the love hormone, is the hormone released during childbirth, and during lactation to stimulate the mother with bonding to the baby. it is also released with cuddling and
kissing, and basically sexual intimacy. when a woman has a partner oxytocin and dopamine are released slowly and in small amounts, however it skyrockets during orgasm making her fall in love with her partner and completely be attached to him.
men on the other hand don’t have oxytocin, they have a different neurotransmitter similar in formula to oxytocin called vasopressin. vasopressin is released similarly to oxytocin in small amounts during a relationship but it has a catch, it plummets during orgasm.
causing him to lose all form of attachment and affection to his partner after a sexual encounter. he doesnt fall in love or get attached after orgasm, he frankly gets bored and just wants to get on with his life. but women are found satisfied, happy, entranced and utterly in love
but how do men fall in love then?
a man falls in love when he commits. commitment without sex, causes a constant release of vasopressin which is when he falls in love. once he commits it doesn’t matter. studies have shown men in committed relationships and married men
a man falls in love when he commits. commitment without sex, causes a constant release of vasopressin which is when he falls in love. once he commits it doesn’t matter. studies have shown men in committed relationships and married men
have the same level of incresed vasopressin and a decreased testosterone. proving that in fact, it’s commitment not marriage that causes a man to fall in love and be attached.
and ladies, if you ever feel alone, sad, unwanted, unworthy, unloved.. give yourself a hug and rub your arms, shoulder and back you’ll feel better instantly. (stimulate oxytocin release)
