-he's worked here since he was 14 cause the boss didn't ask for work papers
-doesn't understand why his girlfriend is mad at him for only getting her socks on valentines day
-perpetually smells like leather
-lies about his religion to get off for all holidays

Zayn, Starbucks barista
-awful employee
-forgets his apron at least once a week
-refuses to learn how to make any of the promotional drinks so the line gets backed up everytime a 11 year asks for a unicorn frap
-gives you a free cakepop when he inevitably fucks up your order

Niall, aggressive kiosk worker
-exclusively sells bedazzled sports fangear that's sold for a dollar
-"hey, would you like to- HEY YOU!!!"
-he is NOT paid on commission so no one gets why he takes this so seriously
-gets fired for chasing a family down all the way into the Macy's

Louis, Claire's
-only started working here to get 15% discount on gifts for his sisters (and harry)
-in charge of piercing 7 year old girls' ears
-very calm and nice about it but almost always fucks it up
-has a love-hate relationship with jojo siwa but thinks her music slaps

Harry, food court Wetzel's Pretzels
-takes a lot of pride in his work, specifically in the care he puts into wrapping the pretzels
-volunteers to hand out the samples to passerbys
-a group of several 12 year old boys knock his sample tray over and pushes him into a garbage can
