I don’t want legal trouble for the single mom who’s working two jobs and knows one of her coworkers has tested positive and she really should quarantine, but can’t afford to because she can’t miss the time from work, to get in the same trouble if she does get sick
Even if she does get other people sick as a result. Because she has enough damn problems! We don’t need still more laws that will disproportionately impact the same people all our criminal laws disproportionately impact: poor people. BIPOC. People without housing.
