In the last 24 hours, it came to our attention that two orders had been mistakenly sent to the other’s address. This occurrence is very rare, but can happen. Whenever there is an issue with an order, we have it sent back to us. This is standard. In this case, as for all returns, we are paying for the return shipping.
As of right now, we cannot guarantee the cleanliness and sanitary nature of a returned order. This is why ALL RETURNED ORDERS ARE DESTROYED.
In the case of the Reddit threat making rounds, we began the remake of the order immediately (yesterday) and it will be sent out as soon as it passes QC unless the order is cancelled. As is standard, we also offered a full refund if cancellation was the customer’s desired action.
Unfortunately, posting questions or concerns on Reddit (or without explicitly tagging us) may result in us unable to address them as we may not know about them.
We encourage anyone with questions regarding our policies or practices to ask us directly (including publicly on Twitter). We are more than happy to publicly disclose how we handle any situation.
