glow in the dark? And maybe have glowing leather armor? Obviously glowing leather wouldn't actually emitlight, but the glowing armor could be useful for keeping track of friends in the dark,

or even alert you to Zombies or Skeletons that may be wearing it. Of course, it might make mobs more alert to you as well. I think these would make the Glow Squid a bit more useful, but obviously the implementation is up to the Minecraft team.

Adding on to this, I think you could probably have a few other mobs give glowing dyes: Endermen (Purple), Spiders (Red), Phantoms (Green), and Blazes (Orange). The 1st 3 you would obtain from their eyes, and you would obtain orange from blaze rods.
