Hi folks—as we enter the final days/hours pre-exam, we at Diploma Privilege for CT wanted to share encouragement and a couple last-minute tips.
(Obviously also refer to CBEC info, FAQ, etc. as we cannot provide anything official!) 1/6
Be kind to yourself right now. We all have worked incredibly hard. At this point in time, resting your brain and your body is at LEAST as important as studying. Try to get some sunshine, and do something that gives your brain a break. 2/6
Set up your exam space on Sunday (or before!) so that if you realize you've forgotten something, you have time to figure out your backup plan. Reread the multiple FAQs CBEC posted to their website, and the ExamSoft PDF that was attached to yesterday's email. 3/6
Some prep we've brainstormed to keep in mind:
- if your exam space has a landline, UNPLUG IT
- unplug any digital clocks or other things in the room that might beep for any reason
- if you're using any sort of battery-operated keyboard or mouse, put new batteries in 4/6
- pick out some snacks for between sessions that you can eat even if you're short on time
- consider posting notification on exterior door(s) to help avoid knocking/doorbells (shoutout to @kellbooooo for designing this poster!) 5/6
Finally/again: reread the rules and FAQs. They don't all make sense, and for better or for worse, we need to protect ourselves.

We are so sorry this unfair exam has come to pass, but we believe in each of you. The fight for #diplomaprivilege won't end October 6. ❤️
