3 Issues.
1. POTUS risk. With illness, risk of death now approximately 10%, higher because male and obese, lower with good care. We hope for his full and speedy recovery, as we do for all patients, including the other ~200,000 in the U.S. who developed infection on Thursday.

2. Cluster investigation. Important to figure out source and locations of spread in order to stop further dissemination of the virus. This is why contact tracing is so important, and is a good example of why contacts should be tested regardless of symptoms - to stop the spread.

3. Implications. Testing doesn’t replace safety measures. Even with testing, need the 3W's - Wear a mask, Watch your distance, Wash your hands. Close risky indoor locations. Track new infections. Isolate. Quarantine. We’re all connected. Spread anywhere is a risk everywhere.
