Perfect weather for a 5k Dual/Duel with @USNXC. The boys were defeated 19-38. Scoring runners Trace Alexander (4th, 17:40), Cole Beck Williams (6th, 18:10PR), Jack Evans (7th, 18:23PR), Oliver Baker (9th, 18:35), and Jack Revere (12th, 20:51).

On the girls side, Lindsay Phelps finished 5th at 23:00, and Laurel Phelps made her Varsity debut to finish 6th in 23:26.

Both Kevin Dennis and Jackson Artrip hit big PRs in their Varsity debuts—Kevin at 21:34 and Jackson at 21:40. Way to step up, boys!

In the JV race, there was a lot to celebrate, congrats to these runners on their new PRs!: Bobby Dong (22:43), Lee Gottlieb (24:31), and Tim Gould (26:55).
