Col. Sean Dooley, MD of Walter Reed Medical Center, says President Trump is in positive spirits.

"We are monitoring him very closely for any evidence of complications either from the coronavirus illness or the therapies we are prescribing to make him better."

Trump's physician, Dr. Sean Conley: "We remain cautiously optimistic but he’s doing great."

He says he's been fever-free since Friday morning.

Says he's not currently on oxygen.

"At the moment there's no cause for concern."

Dr. Conley, asked repeatedly if the president has ever been on supplemental oxygen since his infection, emphasizes that he currently is not. "He is not on oxygen right now."
