Found an interesting Thai to explain. Here I go...

MC2: On the opening event of BOYFRIENDS, you (Mew) sent him (Gulf) a sunflower bouquet. So, on Gulf's graduation day, what type of flower that'll suit him kha?

#MewGulfLuvSmoothSale
MC2: Maybe... 1 field of sunflowers?
M: Hooo ... *turn to Gulf* what kind of flower do you want krub pom?
G: *smile* wh- what kinds of flower are there krub?
MC1: Waanjais said that they can't think about good things at all 555 for this question

#MewGulfLuvSmoothSale
MC2: Actually, I didn't think like that at first, but when you guys shouted out, it just popped up in my mind like ... yeah 555
M: *tun to Gulf* Do you ever want Dok Rak krub?
G: You mean the garland? 555 *Mew nod*

#MewGulfLuvSmoothSale
MC2: Look ... if Gulf didn't end it as the garland, I'd think it's an actual Dok Rak kha
MC1: How many Dok Rak do you want? Please tell Khun Mew so that he can send you the right amount ... How many do you want it?

#MewGulfLuvSmoothSale
G: Well ... one garland does use lots of Dok Rak na krub
MC1: Ummm
MC2: So, one garland ...
M: Oh, you want lots of it?
*Fans scream*
G: DOK RAK, DOK RAK
M: That's what I meant, Dok Rak *smile*

#MewGulfLuvSmoothSale
MC2: Khun Aek, I tried to help already kha. I was about to say that he meant to give a Dok Rak garland, which represents love and respect to the one we love. If it's more than this, I'd like to let it pass na kha 555

Let me break it down step by step

ดอกรัก (Dok Rak) or crown flower (Calotropis gigantea) or "Love Flower" is normally used as parts to make a garland in Thailand. The flower is a symbol of love in a way and is used in wedding and religious ceremony.

ดอก (Dok), one word alone commonly refers to "flower" [full word ดอกไม้ (Dok Mai)] . However, it's also a slang refer to "the amount of time for having sex". That's why MC and fans said that they can't think of good things.

On Valentine's Day, Thai lovers have this teasing phrase like

วันนี้อยากได้กี่ดอก

Trans: Today, how many flowers do you want?

But it also has a hidden meaning as

Today, how many times do you want it (sex)?

That's why fans were screaming in their convo here.

Additionally (Not related to MG interview, but I want to share as precaution)...

ดอก (Dok) can also be used as a curse word or swearing as well, normally use in full as "อีดอก (E-dok)" meaning "b***h or sl*t"

So watch out if you use it.
