It is absolutely infuriating to me that I have avoided seeing any of my friends, barely had a funeral for my father, don’t go out to eat, haven’t had my teeth cleaned, no longer exercise in a gym so that I can do my part for this country!

I spend 8-10 hours in a mask taking care of my patients and these bozos couldn’t wear one for their little party?

My children are at home learning remotely with their lives completely disrupted, but these selfish jerks couldn’t social distance?

My kids don’t see their friends, stopped sports, do music lessons remotely (which is not ideal), while these a-holes prance around like nothing is happening in this country!

The selfishness and blatant spitting in the face of every healthcare provider and every American who has sacrificed and every person who has lost a family member to COVID is honestly too much to bear!

While the economy continues to suffer (don’t worry, THEIR stock portfolios will keep them rich and if they don’t they will bail themselves out), they are out partying unprotected.

While people can’t pay their rent and stay in long lines so they can get donated food to feed their families, THEY are laughing and spreading disease without care.

While people in my neighborhood are literally standing in 6-8 hour lines to get COVID tested then are instructed to quarantine, they wait 30 minutes then pretend their little test is 100% perfect

Maybe if they understood how science works, they would know that tests aren’t perfect. Maybe if they bothered to actually read scientific studies instead of listening to voodoo from exorcists, they wouldn’t be out there endangering others’ lives.

Because it’s not just their own lives they put at stake here but everyone who came in contact with them this past week. Friends, elderly, the ones who HAVE TO work for them in order to survive and put food on the table. All those people and THEIR families are now at risk

It’s a total domino effect. It’s not like they chose an unhealthy lifestyle and now the rest of us have to pay for their healthcare () but they chose something with tragic repercussions to the community at large

And yes that affects all of us, even indirectly. Because the more people we have sick the longer we have to wait to fully reopen our businesses and our schools.
