The main goal of every entrepreneur is to build a successful product that is useful & enjoyable. 😎

You need to follow something more than the feasibility (MVP) approach - it should be delightful.

What did I learn after starting up & talking to the bests?

Thread...
1/ Here are some marketing considerations :

• You want people to pay for it.
• You want it to impress the early enthusiasts.
• You want to provide a product so that these early adopters start conversations with the outsiders (potential customers).
2/ Basically MVP is focused on the basic functionality of the product, but now we are talking about 'Minimum Delightful Product' by taking a Human Centered Design approach, what you should try to achieve is not just the product being financially sustainable, but being delightful.
3/ So you follow Δ(delta)4 theory by @kunalb11 but add delightful features to it.

The below illustration by @tinytrackerco helps us understand better.
4/ Now what you have achieved is essentially an MVP but you integrated the secondary goal of user enjoyment and engagement with it which resulted in an MDP.

The product is BragWorthy and just like @misbahspeaks says you ‘WOW’ your users.
5/ The key concepts here are :

i) You are building an Experience, not a Product : A Product tends to be a set of features but an experience engages and embraces a person. It tells a story, and evokes some emotion.
6/ ii) You are aiming for Delight, not just Viability : When you do the latter, you check off a list of features but when you aim to delight customers, you are creating wonder, surprise, that feeling of "wow!" - You want the customer to feel like a kid with a new remote toy car.
7/ iii) The very important and evaluative part : Goal should be to create delightful experience in its smallest form until you figure out your market.
8/ In the mean time, treat your early adopters like your family talk to them, show them your product, take feedback & build community. It will help you go a long way.

This audience will be your brand ambassadors who will market your delightful experiences to the outside world.
9/ Let me tell you an example of a product which was launched yesterday.

I talked to @kunksed before the launch about @StoaHQ and I was pretty impressed with the initial structure and features.
10/ They have fulfilled all the criteria to satisfy key concepts which I outlined above.

It is a solution to an existing problem which is providing an affording biz education without hefty loans.

11/

- They opened the doors for early users before the launch, in turn creating a community of advocates.

- Launched an MVP with the actual courses (adding delight) and learnt from their experiences.

- By helping them with jobs or to help grow a side project into a business
12/ The community has helped so much so that - MBA graduates and foreign students have shown interest to join the bootcamp.

When you look at the product now - you can see all the amalgamation of the learning.

It's the start and the journey is long but it is a very good start!
13/ I thank @misbahspeaks for introducing me to the concept of MDP few years ago and @kunksed for talking to me about @StoaHQ.

I hope this thread was worth your time and let me know if I have missed out something.
