in case you feel like taking a break would dilute the hardwork you've done, please don't force yourself into it, you've done more than enough and if you had the chance to do more, i know you would.
talk to your loved ones times are difficult in isolation, and if you feel like you want to reach out for help, don't hesitate.
don't waste your time by arguing with people who aren't ready to change themselves, this will drain you, block and move on i know you want to educate them, but i repeat, nothing is more important than your mental health.
