freaking out about going to my drs surgery for my flu jab today, the numbers are rising especially here in Cornwall over the last week and you might not but I value my life which is I continue to shield if anyone gets closer than 2m I swear I’m going to go full panic attack

all I want is for someone to hold my hand and tell me it will be ok. Sadly they don’t have drugs for that but they have propranolol and lorazepam... it’s going to be the only way I will get myself there to be honest

I’m just amazed that the numbers rise and people are genuinely happy to put their lives and the lives at others at risk going to the pubs, cinemas etc you know the essentials.
