This time, I did a bit of exploring w the #graffiti left by early visitors to the temple.

Most of the preserved examples are carved into the marble, but where there’s plaster preserved in the column fluting we see 200 year old (!) names written in pencil & pictures ships! – bei Ναός Ηφαίστου (Temple of Hephaistos)
