THE DEPTH OF CAUSE AND EFFECT AS DIRECTLY KNOWN BY THE ABLE, 01/03/20

1

I was told by a follower and practitioner of Siva dharma that it was impossible to know what karma was. But then "i" saw for myself this is not true.
2

Largely dependent on the frame by which the idea is seen is your 1st power. Dependent on the strength, skill and focus of mind is your 2nd power. Dependent on the available language and its terms to this mind is the 3rd power.
3

Lastly, direct perception of forms: figurative, abstract, visual, auditory, force-al, tactile, emotional, taste, smell, thought, imaginary, and system-ish, macrocosmic, middling, microcosmic, individual-behavioral, group-cultural, past, and present, is enough to know.
4

With a smidgen of insight you will see that everything just mentioned is: inter-relational, dynamic, by distinct parts, & a whole shown through the "arrow of time"; And, inseparable from us.
5

But the elements and their relations are not directly perceivable all at once by those unable. Seeing a small change of causation in greater detail between 2-5 elements is enough to know interdependent origination in your life.
6

What are the major contexts that are useful to reveal our perception of dynamic, multi-dimensional causal relations? Some were already mentioned. But we can substitute terms wherever its is convenient.

microcosmic
mundane
individual
group
macrocosmic
7

Let's start with "mundane."

This thread would not have manifested without seeing @ethannichtern's post. Going backwards in time shows that the necessary constituents of "my" body: eyes, fingers, brain, ability, etc. hardly exhaust its causes.
8

The English language as a medium, the culture and tools that incubated it, the gradual evolution of those tools from ancestral tongues, sticks, quills, pens, printing press, & the personal computer were all previous causes & effects of still previous links of causation.
9

All of these appearances in the world are broadly known as some of the "past actions" and "past causes."
10

All those who participated in "previous causes" of this text, as well as those still living who enable it—through financial, technical, and personal use—are either proximal, direct, or distant "causes."
11

The mother and father of "my" body, their ancestors — going back to the first instance of being, if there is such a thing — are distant causes, without whom these fingers would not appear to type the lingua for us to combine, transmit and see.
12

So now we see the interrelationship of mundane, individual, and group karma (cause and effect) along the arrow of time, to this very point of appearance, here and now... along with our: benign, active, neutral, antagonistic, or positive relation to the aforementioned.
13

These constituents, of reality are experienced as microcosmic, middling, and macrocosmic entities powered by the "root" of karma, known to the able as "the force of karma." It is sometimes blanketed as "desire."
14

There are three kinds "desire" for our purposes and inspection: micro-cosmic forces, individual will, group will, and macrocosmic forces. There are no hard lines between them upon close and powerful inspection.
15

For the human born, it is clear that we as "individuals" are here to train in, know, and master the responsibility of the "middling force" of karma — individual will and how it relates to the micro, group, & macrocosmic forces.
16

All operations of the physical vehicle, otherwise known as "your" body, is impossible without the great force flowing as a middling force through it. Of this "will" are 3 kinds: automatic, intentional, and both automatic & intentional.
17

An able yogin knows that: breathing, sneezing, dreaming, imagining, coughing, defecating, urinating, feeling, emoting, tasting, smelling, hearing, seeing, sleeping, waking, knowing, digesting, growing, repairing, & degrading are known as automatic demos of bodily force.
18

Over time, with practice, many of these automatic forces also known to many animals becomes both "automatic & intentional." The gift of awareness itself compels the mind to interrupt and collaborate with the automatic forces of the individual's karma.
19

The force of intention can see, arrest, amplify, or reduce the force of causation & effect within the body. You will see this mastery of "your" vehicle transmit itself into the "external" environment of near ones, dear ones, antagonistic ones, places, & things you "handle."
20

The "handle" of individual will is hard to grasp for most. It is called the "impulse." Impulses extremely fast, in the trillions, hard to notice, & wild. The impulse is the smallest unit of individual will — the middling force.
21

There are weak impulses that power thought, strong impulses that govern feelings and movements of the body, neither weak nor strong impulses, & those that become dynamically weak or strong.
22

If you can learn the individual karma of the physical body, & mental body while sitting still, you can then learn it while moving "your" limbs and direction of mentality.
23

If you can learn individual karma while moving, you will learn how it impacts, relates to, cooperates with, collaborates with, antagonizes, & is affected by "others." If you can learn this, you can perceive group inter-relational behavior & their effects upon the world.
24

By this you will know uncertainty with near certainty, and how middling karma is governed by both micro and macrocosmic forces: the display of vibrating particles as your "body," the force of gravity, hardness, wind and more.
25

This is shared karma of past, & present in general. Whatever is left out is due to this karma. By fruition of its knowledge in practice much stress is released within a yet greater peace.

Mastering our attitude is crucial.

May you be successful!
