Let me voice out my thoughts for awhile here in this account---because I don't think that I can voice this out on my facebook or main twitter account lolol.
And not because a writer writes romance doesn't mean that they are not good, and shallow. And writers who writes about socio-political issues are great---because their work enlightens people. +
Literature is diverse as it caters different people's needs. Ang isa ay hindi man nakakapagpapamulat sa realidad ng buhay, but it can also make people feel things, kung sakali mang ang realidad ng kanilang buhay ay nakakapagpamanhid na ng kanilang damdamin. +
And as writers & authors go along our writing journey, instead of gatekeeping people on what a literature should be like, let's help other writers too to discover about themselves---to discover their writing voice, their purpose bakit nagsusulat, kung para saan at para kanino. +
Along with creativity, lets also help e/o to realize that this must also be balanced with our moral responsibility.
I don't know if this thread is cohesive enough but I hope my point can get across huehue.
