But the Lutyens journalists (the usual suspects) are celebrating as if they have won a war.
If this is true then this is not the first time that AIIMS has botched up an going investigation.

Some complaints point out to professional malpractice.

I guess the SSR case has become a beating stick for other channels to prove Republic wrong.

The AIIMS report is a Medico-legal opinion. This will affect the case and the ongoing investigation.
But they are not the final authority on the matter.
The final authority is CBI, who were rumoured to start a murder case today.
That is why the timing of this news leak is suspect

Coming on record and speaking to TV channels on a day when CBI was supposed to declare their next course of action, reeks of unprofessionalism.
If CBI announces murder then they will be in direct conflict with Dr. Gupta's report.
This is tragic and unwarranted.
