Steve is an Olympian, a devoted father, a mentor, a passionate back country adventurer & guide and part of the very core of the @Falls_Creek and @Hakuba1 families.
His passion for show is matched only by his passion for sharing it with others.

But, after giving so much of his life to the winter sports community, Steve is now in need of support from all of us.
Not only have COVID-19 lockdowns affected the lives & livelihoods of alpine communities, but Steve's stroke recovery will be long.

I've been eyewitness to someone the same age as Steve suffer a severe stroke last year.
It shook me to the core.
And the support this man needed is still on-going today.
Steve's recovery will no doubt be the same - a marathon, not a sprint.

Noelene, Layla, Kerry, Tracy and Paddy will be by Steve's side every step of the way, as will the dedicated medical teams in Falls Creek, Melbourne and Wodonga who first saved and are now rehabilitating him.
But they cannot do it alone.
