My sister didn't travel to my father's deathbed.

I moved my family in with my parents and we wore masks all the time we helped with his care (and we were grateful to be with him and able to keep him out of inpatient hospice).

We held his funeral online.

To be clear, my dad's end-of-life care was complex and physical and complicated by existing mobility issues. We didn't admit him to an inpatient hospice because he could only have one visitor per day, for 2 of 24 hours, because of Covid.
I don't want anyone to be sick. Also, it was a punch to the gut to see the entire Trump family tell the Cleveland Clinic to fuck off with their rules and not wear masks at that debate.
I already knew they didn't care about my family, or anyone really. But I want coherent and compassionate national leadership on this like tomorrow.
