At this point, you could just flip the site. Pull in a clean $297k in profit. Could probably do the whole thing in 90 days, and net $250k if you knew what you are doing.

But $250k isn't enough...we want more

you are going to make a lead magnet, and get them into your newsletter. Start collecting those easy 100+ new subscribers a day!

Probably the best route for you here is to start some 3-4 sku men's grooming brand. Beard oil, hair putty, skin cream, razors?

You will figure it out but everything you are going to sell can be private labeled and contract manufactured.

Margins here will be strong....

$450k in rev year one...These numbers I'm assuming are net. But for argument sake, let's say there is 50% MORE margin to account for on DTC.

You are at $333K - oh maybe you paid some writers.

$300k+ NET

Here is the magic of it all, it would be safe to say you now have a business worth $900k+ if you were to sell it.

You DIDNT EVEN GROW YOUR BUSINESS WITH ADS (trust me it would have been worth it to do so)

The final math...$300k net profit + $900k sale - $250k for the site...

$950k+ in your pocket.

I know it sounds crazy, but it's not. I used VERY conservative numbers here guys. BTW they also have a few k youtube subs. Maybe you do some sponsored blasts. Maybe you rank for new content, maybe you run ads to your brand.

The point is, this is VERY doable. Opportunities like this exist every day. If you wanted to trail this out another 12 months?

You would do well over an extra $1.5 million, as the growth compounds.
